Consumer Usage Data definition

Consumer Usage Data means statistics and data relating to a Consumer’s account activity, including the browsing, accessing and/or purchasing of Third Party Customer Services or other information collected from or about or otherwise regarding Consumers, whether in individual or aggregate form. Consumer Usage Data excludes any Content Direct System Data.

Examples of Consumer Usage Data in a sentence

  • Without limiting Section 2.7(b) of the Agreement, as between Customer and CSG, Customer is and shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title and interests (including all Intellectual Property rights) in and to the Customer Intellectual Property, Customer Integrations, Consumer Information, Consumer Usage Data, Customer Content, Customer Site(s) and any improvements, adaptations and other such modifications of the same that are developed by or for Customer, and any Customer Service.

Consumer Usage Data means statistics and data (i) provided to or collected by CSG in connection with a Consumer’s use of the Ascendon System, and (ii) relating to a Consumer’s account activity, including the browsing, accessing and/or purchasing of Customer Services or other information collected from or about or otherwise regarding Consumers, whether in individual or aggregate form, that is sufficient to personally identify a Consumer or to identify such Consumer as an end user client of Customer and/or its Affiliates. For clarity, Consumer Usage Data may include Consumer Information.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.
