Embedded Third Party Software definition

Embedded Third Party Software means licensed third party software (other than Third Person Software) that is required to provide the functionality of the Licensed Software, which as of the date of this Agreement, consists of the software set forth on Schedule 1 labeled as “Embedded Third Party Software”.
Embedded Third Party Software means any software acquired or licensed by FSX from a third party that is utilized as part of the File & ServeXpress System.
Embedded Third Party Software means MuleSoft ESB and any other third-party computer program or source code incorporated in the Software under license to the Company.
