Contest Notice definition

Contest Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(b).

• Such Contest Notice shall specify the reasons or bases for the objection of the Indemnifying Party to the claim, and if the objection relates to the amount of the Claim asserted, the amount, if any, which the indemnifying party believes is due the indemnified party.
