Contiguous Properties definition

Contiguous Properties means two or more parcels of land with a common boundary or separated solely by a public roadway or other public right-of-way.
Contiguous Properties means adjacent properties, even if they are separated by human-made barriers or structures, including roadways, or legal boundaries.
Contiguous Properties means two or more lots or parcels of land sharing a common boundary line.
