Examples of Contingent Firm RA Product in a sentence

  • Seller shall sell and Buyer shall receive and purchase, the Capacity Attributes of the Units identified in Appendix A (collectively, the “Product”) and Seller shall deliver the Product as either a Firm RA Product or a Contingent Firm RA Product, as selected in Section 3.2 or 3.3 below.

  • If Seller fails to provide Purchaser with the Contract Quantity and has failed to supply Alternate Capacity to fulfill the remainder of the Contract Quantity during such period, then Seller shall be liable for damages and/or required to indemnify Purchaser for penalties or fines pursuant to the terms of Section 2.5. ☐ Contingent Firm RA Product: Seller shall provide Purchaser with Product from the Unit in the amount of the Contract Quantity.

  • If Product is both (i) Flexible RA Product specified under Section 3.2, and (ii) Contingent Firm RA Product specified under Section 3.4, then Seller’s obligation to deliver the applicable Contract Quantity of Product for any Showing Month may also be reduced if the Unit experiences a reduction in Unit EFC as determined by the CAISO.

  • Additional interventions are under construction to reduce the probability of floods to a return period of 10 years (Refer to Annex 1 / Figure 5 for a map showing constructed, under construction and planned water reservoirs in BH).

  • Additional Indication means any indication other than the Initial Indication.

  • Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.

  • Collaboration Product means any pharmaceutical product in finished form that contains a Collaboration Compound, either as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, and all present and future formulations, dosages and dosage forms thereof.

  • New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

  • Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which must be completed by the corresponding date set out in such plan;

  • Diagnostic Product means an assemblage of reagents, including but not limited to reagents packaged in the form of a kit, useful in performing a Licensed Service.

  • Licensed nurse means an Oregon licensed practical or registered nurse.

  • Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 1.11(a).

  • Generic Product means any pharmaceutical product that (i) is sold by a Third Party that is not an Affiliate or licensee of Buyer and (ii) (a) contains the same active pharmaceutical ingredient as the Product or (b) is categorized by the applicable Governmental Entity in a country to be therapeutically equivalent to, or interchangeable with, the Product, such that the pharmaceutical product may be substituted for the Product at the point of dispensing without any intervention by the prescribing physician in such country.

  • Drug Product means a specific drug in dosage form from a known source of manufacture, whether
