Contract Days definition

Contract Days means consecutive calendar days unless otherwise specifically defined.

Examples of Contract Days in a sentence

  • This provision does not apply in situations where the College and the Member agree to extend the Member’s Contract Days pursuant to Article V.

Related to Contract Days

  • Working Days means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales; and

  • Contract Drawings means only those drawings specifically entitled as such and listed in the Specifications or in any Addendum, or any drawings furnished by the Commissioner, pertaining or supplemental thereto.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Contract Cost means the Contract Sum plus Price Variation. This cost shall be included in the letter of acceptance.

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Invoice Date has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
