Contract Heat Rate definition

Contract Heat Rate means the value specified in Appendix II in MMBtu per megawatt hour.
Contract Heat Rate or “CHR” means the values set forth by season and XXX Period in Table 1 of Section 2(b) of Exhibit D, in BTU per kWH, Higher Heating Value basis.
Contract Heat Rate means the amount of energy in BTUs consumed by the Units to produce a kWh of energy as specified in the Supplier’s Proposal and listed in Exhibit C.

More Definitions of Contract Heat Rate

Contract Heat Rate or “CHR” means, as applicable, the Season 1 Contract Heat Rate, Season 2 Contract Heat Rate, Season 3 Contract Heat Rate or the Season 4 Contract Heat Rate, expressed in MMBTU/MWh using higher heating value.
