Cap Price means the higher end of the Price Band, above which the Offer Price and the Anchor Investor Offer Price will not be finalised and above which no Bids will be accepted.
Auction Final Price means the price, if any, determined to be the Auction Final Price pursuant to Section 12 of these Credit Derivatives Auction Settlement Terms (expressed as a percentage, in increments equal to the Relevant Pricing Increment, of the outstanding principal balance, rather than the face amount, of Deliverable Obligations).
Contract Amount means:
Strip Price means, at any time, (a) for the remainder of the then-current calendar year, the average NYMEX Pricing for the remaining months in such calendar year, (b) for each of the succeeding three complete calendar years, the average NYMEX Pricing for the twelve months in each such calendar year, and (c) for the succeeding fourth complete calendar year and each calendar year thereafter, the average NYMEX pricing for the twelve months in such fourth calendar year.
Final Price means, with respect to a Security and an Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, subject to the Adjustment Provisions, the price of such Security as determined by the Calculation Agent as of the Valuation Time on the relevant Exchange on such Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as the case may be.
VWAP Price means, on any Exchange Business Day, the per Share volume-weighted average price as displayed under the heading “Bloomberg VWAP” on Bloomberg page “ECPG <equity> AQR” (or any successor thereto) in respect of the period from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such Exchange Business Day (or if such volume-weighted average price is unavailable, the market value of one Share on such Exchange Business Day, as determined by the Calculation Agent using a volume-weighted method).
Contract Sales Price means the total consideration received by the Company for the sale of an Investment.
ex-works price means the price paid for the product ex works to the manufacturer in the EU or in a SADC EPA State in whose undertaking the last working or processing is carried out, provided the price includes the value of all the materials used, minus any internal taxes paid which are, or may be, repaid when the product obtained is exported;
Contract Price means the price payable to the supplier under the contract for the full and proper performance of his contractual obligations.
MMBtu means one million British Thermal Units.
Reference Bond Price means, with respect to any date of redemption, (a) the arithmetic average of the Reference Government Bond Dealer Quotations for such date of redemption, after excluding the highest and lowest such Reference Government Bond Dealer Quotations, or (b) if the Determination Agent obtains fewer than four such Reference Government Bond Dealer Quotations, the arithmetic average of all such quotations;
Catalog price means a price included in a catalog, price list, schedule, or other form that is regularly maintained by the manufacturer or vendor, is either published or otherwise available for inspection by customers, and states prices at which sales are currently, or were last, made to a significant number of buyers constituting the general public; and
Minimum Trade Price means the lowest Spot Price of the Shares (subject to any adjustment to such Spot Price as may be necessary to reflect any event as contemplated in Product Condition 3 such as capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or the like) during the MCE Valuation Period;
Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.
Day-ahead Loss Price means the Loss Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.
Total Contract Price means the total set out in "Tender Document Form: Contract Prices".
Contract Interest Rate means the lesser of (a) the highest rate permitted under Requirements of Law or (b) 200 basis points per annum plus the rate per annum equal to the publicly announced prime rate or reference rate for commercial loans to large businesses in effect from time to time quoted by Citibank, N.A. as its “prime rate.” If a Citibank, N.A. prime rate is not available, the applicable prime rate will be the announced prime rate or reference rate for commercial loans in effect from time to time quoted by a bank with $10 billion or more in assets in New York City, N.Y., selected by the Party to whom interest is being paid.
Lowest price means the least possible amount that meets all requirements of the request of a purchasing agent.
Index Price on a given date means the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the factors listed above) of the closing prices of the companies comprising the Index Group.
Day-ahead Congestion Price means the Congestion Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.
Original contract price means the award price of the contract; or, for requirements contracts, the price payable for the estimated total quantity; or, for indefinite-quantity contracts, the price payable for the specified minimum quantity. Original contract price does not include the price of any options, except those options exercised at the time of contract award.
Price Level means the price of the Share last determined and published by the Exchange on any day (official closing price).

Reset Price means the price of the relevant Underlying Reference determined by the Calculation Agent by reference to the price obtained by unwinding any underlying related hedging arrangements in respect of the relevant Security during the Unwinding Time Period immediately following the relevant Reset Event Determination Time ;
Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.
Resettlement Framework or “RF” means the resettlement framework for the Investment Program, including any update thereto, agreed between the Borrower and ADB and incorporated by reference in the FFA;
