CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE definition

CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means the date this Contract was purchased as listed on this Vehicle Service Contract.
CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE. Means the date your Contract was purchased. This may not be the same date as the Contract Effective Date.
CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means the date this Contract was purchased as listed on the REGISTRATION PAGE.

CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means each date during the Note Issuance Period that is designated by the Purchaser to the Seller, upon not less than five Business Days' prior notice to the Seller and the Trustee, and approved by the Seller, on which Contracts are to be purchased by the Purchaser pursuant to this Sale and Servicing Agreement.
CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means the date You purchased this Contract, as shown on the Information Schedule. “Cost” means the reasonable and customary charges for parts and labor necessary to repair or replace a covered part. These charges shall not exceed the manufacturer’s suggested retail price for parts and labor allowances derived from nationally recognized labor time publications.
CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means the date on which coverage under the Contract was purchased by the Owner.
CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means the date that You purchased Your Service Plan. The Purchase Date is stated on Your Declaration of Coverage.

  • Purchase Date means the date determined by the General Partner as the date for purchase of all Outstanding Limited Partner Interests of a certain class (other than Limited Partner Interests owned by the General Partner and its Affiliates) pursuant to Article XV.
