CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE definition

CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means the date this Contract was purchased as listed on this Vehicle Service Contract.
CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means the date this Contract was purchased as listed on the REGISTRATION PAGE.
CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means the date your Contract was purchased. This may not be the same as Contract Effective Date, as defined above. DECLARATION PAGE: means the numbered document executed by you that is populated by the Obligor and must be attached to the inside cover of this Contract. CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means each date during the Note Issuance Period that is designated by the Purchaser to the Seller, upon not less than five Business Days' prior notice to the Seller and the Trustee, and approved by the Seller, on which Contracts are to be purchased by the Purchaser pursuant to this Sale and Servicing Agreement.
