CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE definition

CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means the date this Contract was purchased as listed on this Vehicle Service Contract.

CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE. Means the date your Contract was purchased. This may not be the same date as the Contract Effective Date.

• If the WARRANTY REMAINING option is selected and paid as indicated on YOUR DECLARATIONS PAGE, coverage begins thirty (30) days and one thousand (1,000) miles after the CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE and expires by Time or Mileage measured from the original Full Manufacturer’s Warranty Expiration Date or Expiration Mileage, whichever occurs first.

• CUSTOMERS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 90 (NINETY) DAY WAIT PERIOD, IN WHICH NO CLAIMS THAT OCCUR PRIOR TO THE CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE OR WITHIN THE FIRST 90 (NINETY) DAYS OF THE CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE WILL BE COVERED.

CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means each date during the Note Issuance Period that is designated by the Purchaser to the Seller, upon not less than five Business Days' prior notice to the Seller and the Trustee, and approved by the Seller, on which Contracts are to be purchased by the Purchaser pursuant to this Sale and Servicing Agreement.

CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means the date You purchased this Contract, as shown on the Information Schedule. “Cost” means the reasonable and customary charges for parts and labor necessary to repair or replace a covered part. CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means the date on which coverage under the Contract was purchased by the Owner.

CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means the date that You purchased Your Service Plan. The Purchase Date is stated on Your Declaration of Coverage.

CONTRACT PURCHASE DATE means the date your Contract was purchased. This may not be the same as Contract Effective Date, as defined above. DECLARATION PAGE: means the numbered document executed by you that is populated by the Obligor and must be attached to the inside cover of this Contract.
