Contract Representative definition

Contract Representative of a Party means the individual designated by that Party in Exhibit 4 responsible for ensuring effective communication, coordination, and cooperation between the Parties. A Party may change its Contract Representative by providing notice of such change to the other Party in accordance with the procedures set forth in Section 30.1.
Contract Representative means the person or persons nominated pursuant to Condition 6.
Contract Representative means the person who is assigned by the contracting agency (the Company; forest company – licensee; or Recipient) to administer the contract on that agency's behalf.
