Contract Representative. 22.01. Unless a Special Contract is concluded, we shall consider the Contract Representative as the person holding all the power of representation concerning the conclusion of the Customized Tour Contract for the Travelers who compose his/her organization or group (hereinafter referred to as the "Constituent Member"), and we shall handle transactions concerning the Tour business related to the said organization or group and the business of Article 26.01 with the said Contract Representative.
22.02. The Contract Representative will be required to submit a list of the Constituent Members on or before the date set by us.
22.03. We shall not be held responsible for the liabilities or obligations which the Contract Representative assumes to the Constituent Members at present or the liabilities or obligations which the Contract Representative is expected to assume in the future.
22.04. In the case that the Contract Representative does not accompany his/her organization or group during the Tour, one of the Constituent Members appointed by the Contract Representative beforehand shall be considered by us as the Contract Representative after the start of the Tour.
Contract Representative. The HMO is required to designate a staff person to act as liaison to the Department on all issues that relate to the contract between the Department and the HMO. The contract representative will be authorized to represent the HMO regarding inquiries pertaining to the Contract, will be available during normal business hours, and will have decision making authority in regard to urgent situations that arise. The Contract representative will be responsible for follow-up on contract inquiries initiated by the Department.
Contract Representative. 19.01. Unless a Special Contract is made, we shall consider the Contract Representative as the person holding all the power of representation concerning the conclusion of the Arranged Tour Contract for the Travelers who compose his/her organization or group (hereinafter referred to as the "Constituent Member"), and we shall handle with the said Contract Representative transactions concerning the Tour business related to the said organization or group and the business specified in 22.01 hereunder.
19.02. The Contract Representative will be required to submit a list of the Constituent Members or inform us of the number of the Constituent Members on or before the date set by us.
19.03. We shall not be held responsible for the liabilities or obligations which the Contract Representative assumes to the Constituent Members at present or the liabilities or obligations which the Contract Representative is expected to assume in the future.
19.04. In cases where the Contract Representative does not accompany his/her organization or group during the Tour, one of the Constituent Members appointed by the Contract Representative beforehand shall be considered by us as the Contract Representative after the start of the Tour.
Contract Representative. 1.1 The Contractor shall within one month after acceptance by the Council of its tender given written notice to the Contract Administrator of the identity of the person appointed as the Contract Manager and shall forthwith give notice of any subsequent appointments.
1.2 The Contractor shall inform the Contract Administrator of the identity of the person authorised to act for any period as Deputy for the Contract Manager before the start of that period.
1.3 The Contract Manager shall inform the Contract Administrator promptly and in writing of any instances of activity or omission on the part of the Council which prevents or hinders or may prevent or hinder the contractor from meeting his contractual obligations.
Contract Representative. Each Party agrees to designate a contract representative responsible for matters involving contract interpretation and performance during the term of the Agreement. The initial contract representatives shall be:
a. For MIDA, the Executive Director, who is currently Xxxx Xxxxxx as the Acting Executive Director.
b. For Hideout, the Hideout Mayor, who is currently Xxxx Xxxxx.
c. The Parties agree to provide notice to the other Party of any change in designated contract representative prior to the effective date of the transfer of responsibilities.
Contract Representative. Unless a special contract is signed, the contract representative holds all of the representation of the travellers, forming the group or the party (“group member”), in concluding Arranged Travel Contract. Any business related to the travelling of the group or the party and the services in the first paragraph of Article 22 are dealt between the Company and the contract representative.
Contract Representative. (a) At all times, Access Right Holder must appoint and maintain the appointment of a natural person who is involved with the day-to-day operation and administration of the Project and this agreement as its Contract Representative.
(b) Access Right Holder must ensure that it notifies EnergyCo as soon as reasonably practicable (and in any event within 5 Business Days) of any changes to the identity or contact details of the Contract Representative, including any temporary changes to the identity or contact details of the Contract Representatives.
(c) EnergyCo may contact the Contract Representative at all reasonable times in relation to any matter in connection with the day-to-day operation or administration of the Project or this agreement.
(d) Despite paragraph (c), any notices and other communications that EnergyCo is required to give under this agreement will be given to Access Right Holder in accordance with clause 26 (“Notices”).
Contract Representative. CTG's Vice President, or a substitute contract representative designated in writing by CTG (the "Representative"), shall represent CTG with the Client during the performance of this Contract with respect to the terms and conditions of this Contract. Only an officer of CTG shall have the authority to execute written modifications or additions to this Contract.
Contract Representative. The contractor shall provide a contract representative to place orders, coordinate and confirm delivery dates, answer invoicing questions, provide yearly usage reports and assist with providing technical assistance upon request.
