Contract Sales Charge definition

Contract Sales Charge means the monthly amount to be paid by T&D to Seller, which shall equal the sum of the Capacity Sales Charge and the Associated Energy Sales Charge.
Contract Sales Charge means the monthly amount to be paid by T&D to Producer, which shall equal the sum of the Capacity Sales Charge, the Energy Sales Charge, and the RECs Sales Charge.

Related to Contract Sales Charge

  • Contract Sales Price means the total consideration received by the Company for the sale of an Investment.

  • Deferred Sales Charge means the "deferred sales fee" as described in the Prospectus.

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Contract Fee means the lump sum rates as outlined in Schedule ‘B’ – Quote Form.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.
