Contract Standing Orders definition

Contract Standing Orders means the rules and requirements relating to Contracts and Property Agreements set out in this document or referred to herein.
Contract Standing Orders means the current Contract Standing Orders of Sestran as from time to time amended.

Related to Contract Standing Orders

  • Standing Orders means the Standing Orders issued by Infosys (applicable to all its employees) in accordance with Section 7 of the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act 1946.

  • Tariff Order means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services (Eighth) (Addressable Systems) Tariff Order, 2017;

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • Orders means judgments, writs, decrees, compliance agreements, injunctions or orders of any Governmental Entity or arbitrator.

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.
