Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.
contract worker means an individual employed by Provider on a contract or temporary basis to perform the Services.
Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.
Contract Manufacturer means a company that produces goods under contract for another company under the label or brand name of that company.
Contract Player means any Player (other than a Player on a Scholarship) who is eligible to play under a written contract of employment with a Club.
Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.
Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.
Contract Services means the Services to be supplied by the Supplier to the Customer as set out in the Letter of Appointment;
Classroom teacher means a teacher subject to annual performance evaluation review under the provisions of Education Law Section 3012-c.
Contract Monitor means the Department employee identified in Section 1.6 of the IFB as the Contract Monitor.
Contract Holder means the person to whom the Benefit Plan is issued. Any other person approved for coverage with the Contract Holder under this plan is a dependent. Under Group coverage, the Contract Holder is the Member who is eligible for coverage because of his or her affiliation with a Group.
Certified pharmacy technician or “certified technician” means an individual who holds a valid current national certification and who has registered with the board as a certified pharmacy technician.
General Contractor means a person or entity duly licensed in the state of Florida with the requisite skills, experience and credit worthiness to successfully provide the units required in the Application, and which meets the criteria described in Rule 67-48.0072, F.A.C.
Major Contract means (i) any management agreement relating to the Properties or the Loan Parties, (ii) any agreement between any Loan Party and any Affiliate of any Relevant Party and (iii) any brokerage, leasing, cleaning, maintenance, service or other contract or agreement of any kind (other than Leases) relating to the Properties, in each case involving payment or expense of more than One Million and No/100 Dollars ($1,000,000) during any twelve (12) month period, unless cancelable on thirty (30) days or less notice without requiring payment of termination fees or payments of any kind.
