Contracted Facility Capacity definition

Contracted Facility Capacity means the net electric power generating capacity of the Facility operating on a continuous basis that the Company commits to deliver hereunder, which is [insert Capacity] MW (net at Reference Site Conditions and at a power factor of 0.85 lagging measured at Delivery Point);
Contracted Facility Capacity bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 1 of the Power Purchase Agreement;
Contracted Facility Capacity means the net electric power generating capacity of the Facility guaranteed to be provided to the Delivery Point on a continuous basis, adjusted to Site Reference Conditions as set forth in Schedule 2 and to the Fuel being consumed by the Facility at any given time, if applicable.

More Definitions of Contracted Facility Capacity

Contracted Facility Capacity. – means the net electric power generating capacity of the Facility measured at Delivery Point that the Company has proposed to build, own and operate, which is 50 MW±10% (net at Reference Site Conditions and at a power factor of 0.85 lagging measured at Delivery Point).
