Contracted Output. Electrical power output of up to [Amount] kW
Contracted Output means the product of (a) the Metered Output made available to SRP in accordance with the PPA, and (b) the Subscribed Percentage.
Contracted Output means the Net Output of the Facility associated with the Contracted Capacity. For purposes of calculating payment under this Agreement, Contracted Output of energy shall be a percentage of the amount of energy flowing through the Point of Delivery calculated by dividing the Contracted Capacity by the Nameplate Capacity Rating.

  • Contracted vendor means any person, persons, or entity under contract or agreement with the HCA to provide goods or services for the provision or administration of PEBB benefits. The term "contracted vendor" includes subcontractors of the HCA and subcontractors of any person, persons, or entity under contract or agreement with the HCA that provide goods or services for the provision or administration of PEBB benefits.

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Compression Ignition Engine means an internal combustion engine with operating characteristics significantly similar to the theoretical diesel combustion cycle. The regulation of power by controlling fuel supply in lieu of a throttle is indicative of a compression ignition engine.

  • Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:
