Contracted Third Parties definition

Contracted Third Parties means any service providers of services specifically appointed by Bonitas enabling Bonitas to fulfil its contractual obligations towards You relating to Your contract of membership, with whom Bonitas has concluded legally binding and enforceable agreements which are subject to confidentiality and non-disclosure terms and conditions, which agreements include but are not limited to, Bonitas’ Administrator, contracted Managed Healthcare Organisations, Designated Service Providers, selected service providers, information technology and communications providers, marketing and specialist professional advisors;
Contracted Third Parties means any carefully appointed providers of various services required by your medical scheme to fulfil its contractual obligations relating to your overall contract of membership, with whom your medical scheme has concluded legally binding and enforceable agreements which are subject to confidentiality and non-disclosure terms and conditions, which shall include but not be limited to designated service providers, selected service providers, any health information exchange providers, information technology and communications providers, specialist professional advisors etc.;
Contracted Third Parties means any appointed providers of services required by MEDiPOS to enable it to fulfil its contractual obligations towards you, relating to your contract of membership, with whom MEDiPOS has concluded legally binding and enforceable agreements which are subject to confidentiality and non-disclosure terms and conditions, which agreements include but are not limited to, MEDiPOS’ agreements with its Administrator, Designated Service Providers, providers of Managed Healthcare Services, Health Information Exchange providers, information technology and communications providers, specialist professional advisors and the like;;

Examples of Contracted Third Parties in a sentence

  • All relevant Personnel and Contracted Third Parties are to receive appropriate training, including refresher training, relating to this Policy and related policies and procedures.

  • Personnel must also take reasonable steps to ensure that Contracted Third Parties comply with the ABC Policy.

  • The Company expects Contracted Third Parties will avoid Improper Acts and act legally and ethically in all their dealings (and not just dealings involving the Company).

  • Money laundering by Personnel and Contracted Third Parties is also prohibited.

  • Personnel and Contracted Third Parties will not misuse privileged information, misrepresent information or conduct other unfair acts.

  • Personnel and Contracted Third Parties may also be personally liable and exposed to criminal and civil liability if they engage in any Improper Acts.

  • Personnel and Contracted Third Parties are prohibited from offering or accepting gifts or entertainment in circumstances which could give rise to, or appear to give rise to, Improper Acts and must always consider this ABC Policy when gifts or entertainment are offered.
