Contracting Party Suspension means one or more of the cancellation of any or all Orders of the Contracting Party regarding a Product and the termination of access to the ICE NGX Trading System and the ICE NGX Clearing System of the Contracting Party in relation to any or all Products;

Related to Contracting Party Suspension

  • Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.

  • external engineering service means an engineering service situated outside the boundaries of a land area and that is necessary to serve the use and development of the land area;

  • Extraordinary Services and "Extraordinary Expenses" means all services rendered and all expenses (including fees and expenses of Counsel) incurred under the Indenture and the Tax Agreement other than Ordinary Services and Ordinary Expenses.
