Contractor Dispute means any disputes, claims, litigation, mediation or arbitration whether threatened or pending in relation to any incident involving the Contractor's, or another party’s, provision of the Services;

  • Nothing in this clause 15 shall oblige the Contractor to breach any condition imposed by its insurers from time to time, provided that the Contractor shall take all commercially reasonable steps to seek such third party consents as may be required to allow the Trust to become involved in a Contractor Dispute.

  • Dispute Resolution Scheme means the Electricity and Gas Complaints Commission or such other dispute resolution scheme approved or provided for in accordance with section 95 of the Act;

  • Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by an Operator to the Other Operator which is made in good faith.

  • Dispute Resolution means the procedure set forth in this LGIP for resolution of a dispute between the Parties.
