Controlled Deposit Accounts definition

Controlled Deposit Accounts means Deposit Accounts that are subject to the “control” of the Collateral Agent.

Controlled Deposit Accounts has the meaning specified in Section 6.11.

Controlled Deposit Accounts means each Deposit Account that is not an Excluded Deposit Account.

Examples of Controlled Deposit Accounts in a sentence

At the end of each calendar month, commencing with the third full month after Closing, the amount calculated by dividing (i) the average outstanding principal balance of the Revolving Facility for the applicable Test Period by (ii) the result achieved by dividing (a) the sum of all collections received in the Controlled Deposit Accounts during the applicable Test Period with respect to all of Borrowers’ Accounts by (b) the number of days in such Test Period, shall not be greater than 50.

Controlled Deposit Accounts shall have the meaning assigned to the term in Section 2.5.

Controlled Deposit Accounts means each Governmental Deposit Account, Commercial Deposit Account, and if applicable, the master collections account established by a Borrower in accordance with Section 2.5(b).

Controlled Deposit Accounts means each of the Deposit Accounts identified on Schedule IV hereto.
