The HSP may at any time terminate the designation of the Convalescent Care Beds and revert them back to Long-Stay beds by giving thirty (30) calendar days’ prior written notice of termination to the Ministry and to the LHIN.
The LHIN may terminate the designation of the Convalescent Care Beds at any time, upon giving at least sixty (60) calendar days’ written notice to the Operator.
The HSP will be advised if their application is extended beyond Convalescent Care Beds.
