Convertible Preference Shares definition

Convertible Preference Shares means Series A Convertible Preference Shares, Series B Convertible Preference Shares and the Series C Convertible Preference Shares.
Convertible Preference Shares means the 1,279,866,438 convertible preference shares issued by the Company to the Crown on 18 January 2002;
Convertible Preference Shares means UTi’s Class A Convertible Preference Shares, Series A, no par value, sold by UTi pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement.
