Convertible Subordinated Debenture Indenture definition

Convertible Subordinated Debenture Indenture means the indenture entered into between Holdings, BF Trust and The Bank of New York, as trustee thereunder, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.
Convertible Subordinated Debenture Indenture means the Indenture dated as of March 2, 2005 pursuant to which the Borrower may issue up to $180,000,000 of its 2.5% unsecured Convertible Senior Subordinated Notes due 2025 and the Guarantors have guaranteed such Notes.
Convertible Subordinated Debenture Indenture means that certain Junior Convertible Subordinated Indenture, substantially in the form of the draft attached as Exhibit 4.6 to the registration statement filed by the Borrower with the Securities and Exchange Commission effective August 6, 1999, pursuant to which the Subordinated Debentures were issued on the Fourth Amendment Effective Date (or within 30 days thereafter pursuant to an exercise of the over-allotment option granted by the Borrower) and as the same may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time thereafter in accordance with the terms hereof.
