Coordinated Veterans definition

Coordinated Veterans. Care Program” means the treatment program of that name set out in Part 6A of these Principles and in the Notes for Coordinated Veterans' Care Program Providers that aims to reduce the need for hospitalisation among Gold Card members of the veteran and defence force community and improve their social well-being. In particular the program has the following main features:

"Operational Support Systems" or "OSS" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12. "Optional Testing" is testing conducted by CenturyLink, at the request of CLEC, that is in lieu of testing CLEC should complete to isolate trouble to the CenturyLink network prior to submitting a trouble ticket to CenturyLink.

Order coordination for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date and Choctaw will be advised.

  • Service coordination means a specialized care management service that is performed by a Service Coordinator and that includes but is not limited to:
