Core Network Services definition

Core Network Services means the services as set out in the Order, provided to the Client by VSL including the availability and monitoring of the Core Network.
Core Network Services are the transmission services provided by the Core Network. For purposes of clarification and unless otherwise mutually agreed to in writing by the Parties, “Core Network Services” does not include iDEN services, Broadband Radio Spectrum (“BRS”) wireless service operating on 2.5 GHz spectrum , Wireless Fidelity (“Wi-Fi”) wireless services or any other service operating on networks that are not the Sprint PCS Network.
Core Network Services are the services provided over the Core Network that provide voice and data transmission functionality and that are of a nature that a reseller could not procure from a third party. The term Core Network Services includes, but is not limited to, the Sprint Data Transport Services. The term Core Network Services does not include the Sprint Data Services, which may be made available to each SIG Party under the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Network Operator means the network operator who operates the wireless network of networks to which the SIM Cards are connected.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Network Rail means Network Rail Infrastructure Limited, a company registered in England under company number 02904587 and having its registered office at 0 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx XX0 0XX;

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.
