Core Online Services definition

Core Online Services means those Online Services listed as Core Online Services in Attachment 1.
Core Online Services means, collectively, each of the Microsoft Online Services identified as Core Online Services in the Online Services Terms.
Core Online Services means those Online Services listed in Appendix A to the Data Protection Terms.

Examples of Core Online Services in a sentence

  • Access to the Customer Data that Microsoft defines as Core Online Services is audited following the strict controls of SOC-2.

  • When Intune is part of the Core Online Services, as part of Azure, Microsoft defines the service as follows: “The cloud service portion of Microsoft Intune such as the Microsoft Intune Add-on Product or a management service provided by Microsoft Intune such as Mobile Device Management for Office 365."45 With this definition, Microsoft excludes data processing by locally installed software such as the Company Portal App.

  • Microsoft has implemented and will maintain for Customer Data in the Core Online Services the following security measures, which, in conjunction with the security commitments in the OST (including the GDPR Terms), are Microsoft’s only responsibility with respect to the security of that data.

  • All customer data, for Core Online Services (Office 365 included), are stored within the EU/EEA at rest.The only instance where access is granted to Microsoft, from outside of the EU/EEA to any personal data is in instances where assistance is required for technical support.

  • Appendix A of the OST version February 2019 contains the OST Core Online Services, and explains that Endpoint Detection & Response, Automatic Investigation & Remediation and Secure Score are included.

  • For Core Online Services and Professional Services, Microsoft maintains Access Control mechanisms described in the table entitled “Security Measures” in Appendix A of it DPA.

  • All transfers of Customer Data out of the European Union, European Economic Area, and Switzerland by the Core Online Services shall be governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses in Attachment 3, unless the Customer has opted out of those clauses.

  • As explained in section2.4 of this report Giphy and Optimizely are not mentioned on the exhaustive list of subprocessors that Microsoft engages for the Core Online Services.

  • Any subcontractors to which Microsoft transfers Customer Data, Support Data, or Personal Data will have entered into written agreements with Microsoft that are no less protective than the Data Protection Terms of the Contract.All third-party sub processors with which Customer Data from Microsoft's Core Online Services is shared are included in the Online Services Subcontractor list.

Related to Core Online Services

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Communication Services means aeronautical fixed and mobile services to enable ground-to-ground, air-to-ground and air-to-air communications for ATC purposes;

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Homemaker services means the professionally directed or supervised simple household maintenance or management services provided by trained homemakers or individuals to families in their own homes.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Telecommunications Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Corporate Services Provider means Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a trust company formed under the laws of Canada, as corporate services provider to the Liquidation GP under the Corporate Services Agreement, together with any successor corporate services provider appointed from time to time;

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.
