That restrictive covenant shall run with the land and shall state that the Owner will not do, or cause to be done, any activity that alters the drainage on the land including, but not limited to, constructing a building or structure without the approval of the City’s Engineering and Corporate Assets Department, placing fill, planting trees, or landscaping.
