Finished Work. Upon the Engineer's acceptance of vegetative cover or other stabilization practice, remove and dispose of all temporary control measures unless otherwise directed. Complete soil disturbing activities and establish a uniform perennial vegetative cover. A project will not be considered for acceptance until a vegetative cover of 70% density of existing adjacent undisturbed areas is obtained or equivalent permanent stabilization is obtained as approved.
Finished Work. The printed work, and the arrangement or brokering of the print services by Provider, shall be deemed in compliance with this Agreement if the final printed product is within the acceptable variations as to kind, quantity, and price in accordance with current or standard trade practices identified by the supplier of the print and print-related services. Whenever commercially reasonable and if available, Provider shall provide copies of the current or standard trade practices to Client. Notwithstanding, Provider shall have no responsibility or obligation to negotiate changes or amendments to the current or standard trade practices. Finished Work. Title and risk of loss or damage to finished Work shall pass to Publisher upon delivery by Printer to carrier or U.S. Postal service (F.O.B. Printer’s shipping dock). If Publisher and Printer enter into a separate oral or written agreement pursuant to which Publisher agrees to utilize Printer for distribution services, the following terms and conditions will apply: • Printer agrees that upon delivery to the U.S. Postal Service, common carrier or contract carrier, shipments of Work shall be covered by applicable insurance as carried by the U.S. Postal service, common carrier, or contract carrier; in the event of loss or damage. • Printer agrees that it will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist Publisher in filing all distribution claims, including the provision of adequate documentation. • Printer agrees that any common or contract carriers engaged by Printer to perform distribution services for Publisher shall have motor truck cargo legal liability insurance subject to the terms, exclusions, limitations, definitions and deductibles of such insurance policies. Printer further agrees to supply Publisher with evidence of insurance maintained by contract carriers engaged by Printer.

Notwithstanding, Azexis® shall have no responsibility or obligation to negotiate changes or amendments to the current or standard trade practices. I1. SUPPORT SERVICES

SUPPORT SERVICES I 1.1 WARRANTY PERIOD. “SUPPORT SERVICES” MEANS COMMERCIALLY reasonable technical support and assistance to maintain and update the Deliverables, including correcting any errors or Deficiencies, but shall not include the development of enhancements to the Project or other services outside the scope of the Proposal. During the first two (2) months following expiration of this Agreement (“Warranty Period”), if any, Designer shall provide up to five (5) hours of Support Services at no additional cost to Client. Additional time shall be billed at Designer’s regular hourly rate, then in effect upon the date of the request for additional support.
Finished Work. The Contractor shall assemble completed work into bundles and wrap the bundles for return to the MTF in accordance with the Exhibit A.

Finished Work. For a finished work, the basic fee shall fall due in its entirety upon acceptance, entailing the signing of a standard contract. * Adjusted at 1 November 2006.
Finished Work. The Subcontract Documents required finished Work, tested and ready for operation, such that a certificate of occupancy and final inspection can be obtained. Any apparatus, appliance, materials or Work not indicated on the drawings but mentioned in specifications, or vice versa, or any incidental accessories necessary to make the Work complete and perfect in all respects and ready for operation, even if not particularly specified, shall be furnished, delivered and installed by the Subcontractor without additional expense to the General Contractor or the Owner. It is understood that when a conflict in the documents is discovered the more stringent requirement applies.
