Corporate Data definition

Corporate Data means any data under the control of a Providing Party or any of its subsidiaries, other than Corporate Personal Data and Personal Data;
Corporate Data means any information relating to or owned by any person including financial, legal and business processes;

  • State Data means all confidential information, non-public data, personal data, and protected health information that is created or in any way originating with the State whether such data or output is stored on the Department’s hardware, Contractor’s hardware, or exists in any system owned, maintained or otherwise controlled by the Department or by the Contractor.
