Corporate Parent or Affiliate definition

Corporate Parent or Affiliate means (i) a Related Member with respect to the Company; or (ii) any person (excluding a natural person) that is under common ownership or control with the Company and which operates in a similar or complimentary line of business as the Company entity and that exercises control over the business of the Company and whose interests are served by the Company.

Related to Corporate Parent or Affiliate

  • BHC Affiliate has the meaning assigned to the term “affiliate” in, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, 12 U.S.C. §1841(k).

  • Parent organization means the entity named in Item I. of the Policy Declarations.
