Corporate Solutions Group definition

Corporate Solutions Group means the business of the Seller that includes Executive Benefits Practice, Banking Practice, and Cxxxx Securities, but excluding Cxxxx Strategic Advisors, Cxxxx Xxxxxx and Baden.
