Corporation Mineral Rights definition

Corporation Mineral Rights means, collectively, all of the mineral interests and rights (including any claims, mineral leases, concessions, exploration licenses, exploitation and/or mining licenses and prospecting permits) that are currently in effect and held by the Corporation or any of its Subsidiaries;
Corporation Mineral Rights has the meaning set out in Section 3.1(17)(a). “Corporation Properties” has the meaning set out in Section 3.1(17)(a).

  • To the knowledge of the Corporation, there is no claim or the basis for any claim that would reasonably be expected to have a material adverse effect on any of the Corporation Mineral Rights.

  • Other than as disclosed in the Corporation Public Documents or the Mesquite Technical Report, the Corporation and its Subsidiaries do not have any obligations to pay any amounts now or in the future in the form of royalties or other payments based on revenues, sales, production, reserves, resources or profits relating to the Corporation Mineral Rights, other than Taxes of general application payable to Governmental Authorities.

  • To the best of the knowledge of the Corporation, there are no pending or threatened, suits, claims, actions, proceedings or investigations of any nature affecting the Corporation Mineral Rights.

  • To the best of the knowledge of the Corporation, there are no conflicting mineral claims that could constitute a material defect in the Corporation’s or its subsidiaries’ title to any of the Corporation Mineral Rights.

Related to Corporation Mineral Rights

  • Mineral Rights mean the mineral and oil and gas rights, interest and leases, pipelines and pipeline rights of way situated on and under the Real Property.

  • Petroleum and Natural Gas Rights means the Vendor’s entire interest in those Petroleum Substances underlying the Lands in the respective formations to the extent that the same are described in Schedule “A” and are granted by the Leases, subject to the Permitted Encumbrances, and includes the interest and right of the Vendor in any lands or leases with which those Petroleum Substances have been pooled or unitized;

  • Mineral Resource means a concentration or occurrence of diamonds, natural solid inorganic material, or fossilized organic material including base and precious metals, coal, diamonds or industrial minerals in or on the earth’s crust in such form and quantity and of such grade or quality that it has reasonable prospects for economic extraction. The location, quantity, grade, geological characteristics and continuity of a mineral resource are known, estimated or interpreted from specific geological evidence and knowledge;

  • Inferred Mineral Resource means that part of a mineral resource for which quantity and grade or quality can be estimated on the basis of geological evidence and limited sampling and reasonably assumed, but not verified, geological and grade continuity. The estimate is based on limited information and sampling gathered through appropriate techniques from locations such as outcrops, trenches, pits, workings and drill holes.

  • Natural uranium means uranium with the naturally occurring distribution of uranium isotopes, which is approximately 0.711 weight percent uranium-235, and the remainder by weight essentially uranium-238.

  • Membership Rights means all of the rights of a Member in the Company, including a Member’s: (a) Interest; (b) right to inspect the Company’s books and records; (c) right to participate in the management of and vote on matters coming before the Company; and (d) unless this Operating Agreement or the Certificate of Formation provide to the contrary, right to act as an agent of the Company.

  • petroleum agreement means an agreement for the purpose of petroleum activities entered into by Government and another person in accordance with this Act;

  • Water Rights means: (1) with respect to any Person, all of such Person’s right, title and interest in and to any water stock, permits or entitlements and any other water rights related to or appurtenant to property owned or leased by such Person, and (2) with respect to any property, any water stock, permits or entitlements and any other water rights related to or appurtenant to such property.

  • Geothermal resources shall collectively mean the matter, substances and resources defined in subparagraph 21(a) that are not subject to this Lease but are located on adjacent land or lands in reasonable proximity thereto;

  • Measured Mineral Resource means that part of a Mineral Resource for which quantity, grade or quality, densities, shape, and physical characteristics are so well established that they can be estimated with confidence sufficient to allow the appropriate application of technical and economic parameters, to support production planning and evaluation of the economic viability of the deposit. The estimate is based on detailed and reliable exploration, sampling and testing information gathered through appropriate techniques from locations such as outcrops, trenches, pits, workings and drill holes that are spaced closely enough to confirm both geological and grade continuity.

  • Petroleum liquids means crude oil, condensate, and any finished or intermediate products manufactured or extracted in a petroleum refinery.

  • Minerals means any and all ores (and concentrates derived therefrom) and minerals, precious and base, metallic and nonmetallic, in, on or under the Property which may lawfully be explored for, mined and sold.

  • Petroleum Substances means petroleum, natural gas, natural gas liquids, related hydrocarbons and any and all other substances, whether liquid, solid or gaseous, whether hydrocarbons or not, produced or producible in association with any of the foregoing.

  • High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential. The SNAP list of alternatives is found at 40 CFR Part 82 subpart G with supplemental tables of alternatives available at (http://www.epa.gov/snap/).

  • Gold means elemental gold having an atomic weight of 196.967 and the chemical element symbol of Au, whether found by itself or in combination with its alloys or any other metal.

  • Petroleum refinery means each facility engaged in producing gasoline, kerosene, distillate fuel oils, residual fuel oils, lubricants, or other products through distillation of petroleum or through redistillation, cracking, extracting, or reforming of unfinished petroleum derivatives.

  • Public Rights-of-Way means the area on, below, or above a public roadway, highway, street, public sidewalk, alley, waterway, or utility easements dedicated for compatible uses.

  • Petroleum Operations means, as the context may require, Exploration Operations, Development Operations or Production Operations or any combination of two or more of such operations, including construction, operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities, plugging and abandonment of Xxxxx, safety, environmental protection, transportation, storage, sale or disposition of Petroleum to the Delivery Point, Site Restoration and any or all other incidental operations or activities as may be necessary.

  • Natural Gas Liquids means those hydrocarbon components that can be recovered from natural gas as a liquid including, but not limited to, ethane, propane, butanes, pentanes plus, and condensates;

  • Mines means those devices defined in Article 2, Paragraphs 1, 4 and 5 of Protocol II annexed to the Convention on Prohibitions and Restrictions on the Use of Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects of 1980.

  • Oil sands means impregnated bituminous sands that:

  • Mineral means gas, oil, and coal; other gaseous, liquid, and solid hydrocarbons; oil shale; cement material; sand and gravel; road material; building stone; chemical raw material; gemstone; fissionable and nonfissionable ores; colloidal and other clays; steam and other geothermal resources; and any other substance defined as a mineral by a law of this state.

  • Moral Rights means any right to claim authorship of a work, any right to object to any distortion or other modification of a work, and any similar right, existing under the law of any country in the world, or under any treaty.

  • CAISO Global Resource ID means the number or name assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO- Approved Meter.
