Corporation premises definition

Corporation premises means all property owned, operated, leased by or under the control of the Corporation, whether onshore or offshore and shall include, without limitation, any drilling unit, barge or vessel on contract to the Corporation. The term “employee” shall for the purpose of this Appendix include all persons including agency staff engaged by the Contractor. The use, possession, concealment, transportation, promotion or sale of prohibited substances (as hereinafter defined) on Corporation premises is strictly forbidden. Any contravention by a Contractor’s employee shall result in that employee being excluded forthwith and prohibited from Corporation premises. Additionally, any Contractor’s employee who is suspected of being under the influence of any prohibited substance shall be prohibited from Corporation premises. For the purposes of this Appendix, “prohibited substances” are defined as:
Corporation premises means those premises that have been occupied or used, or are occupied or used, by the Corporation in connection with the Corporation Business.
Corporation premises means any premises belonging to or vested in the Corporation or taken on lease by the Corporation or entrusted to the corporation under the Act for management and use for the purposes of this Act;
