Corporation Shares definition

Corporation Shares means common shares in the capital of the Corporation, including Restricted Shares but excluding common shares in the capital of the Corporation owned by BRP Holdings Corp.;

Corporation Shares means the shares of common stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Corporation.

Corporation Shares means the shares of common stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Corporation or any stock of the Corporation into which such common stock may hereafter be changed.

• The Corporation Shares and the ESH REIT Shares have been delivered to the Representatives and paired pursuant to the Pairing Agreement.

More Definitions of Corporation Shares

Corporation Shares means all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of the Corporation;

Corporation Shares means shares of $5.00 par value common stock of the Corporation.
