Corps permit definition

Corps permit means the final document approved and issued by the Corps which includes the mitigation plan describing where and how the compensatory mitigation will be completed, monitored, managed, and maintained. Examples of Corps permit in a sentence

  • Dominion shall fulfill the requirements of this MOA prior to and in conjunction with the work authorized by the Corps permit.
