For purposes of the PPPLF Agreement, references to the following terms in the Correspondent Agreement shall have the following meanings: references to the “Borrower” shall mean the Borrower hereunder, references to the “Bank” shall mean the Reserve Bank, and references to the “Correspondent” shall refer to the depository institution having an Account at the Reserve Bank and that is designated by the Borrower hereunder (“Borrower’s Depository Institution”).
