Cost of Operations definition

Cost of Operations means those costs actually incurred by Contractor, reasonably necessary to perform under this agreement, and not otherwise specifically excluded in this agreement.
Cost of Operations means expenses on items such as, but not limited to, energy charges of lift irrigation schemes, spares, consumables, etc., including such other expenses as may be necessary in the opinion of the Authority.
Cost of Operations has the meaning given to such term in the Services and Right to Use Agreement.

Cost of Operations means a monthly fee paid by IPSI to IVP on the first day of each month for the items described in Section 2.1 below.
