COTS Products definition

COTS Products means any standard use or commercial- off- the-shelf (COTS) products including but not limited to third party COTS software or other Geographic Information Systems (GIS) products that Esri Canada markets, distributes or resells in its ordinary course of business.

  • Company Products means all products or services produced, marketed, licensed, sold, distributed or performed by or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary and all products or services currently under development by the Company or any Subsidiary.

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.
