Standard Use definition

Standard Use means all or any of the following uses of the Works:
Standard Use means use of the Bundled Voice Service as contemplated by the SOF and these Terms and Conditions in a manner consistent with business use, which will include, without limitation: (i) use with a Phone System; and (ii) a Registered Address. Standard Use does not include an IP address outside of the United States.
Standard Use means the amount of product directed for use and diluted in 1 litre of tap water. If no dose is suggested, 5 ml of liquid hand soap shall be used and 0.9 ml of foam soap shall be used;

  • Water-oriented use means a use that is water-dependent, water-related, or water-enjoyment, or a combination of such uses.

  • Intended Use means a product and the use thereof, for which the product is intended to be, or is reasonably likely to be, associated with the Works.

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Building Services Definitions

  • Permitted Uses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.2.

  • End-use means the light, heat, cooling, refrigeration, motor drive, microwave energy, video or audio signal, computer processing, electrolytic process, or other useful work produced by equipment using electricity.

  • Permitted User means a person other than an employee of the Company who is authorized by the Company pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.1(a)(ii) and all applicable Documentation to access and use one or more specific Component Systems.

  • Licensed Use means the Licensor’s permitted use of the Licensed Data under the PSGA Member Licence. Login Details means the unique identifiers assigned to the Licensor when it entered into the PSGA Member Licence enabling access to the On-Line Ordering Service. On-Line Ordering Service means the service accessed by entering the Licensor’s Login Details where indicated on OS’s Website. OS means Ordnance Survey Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 09121572) whose registered address is at Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, XXXXXXXXXXX, XX00 0XX. OS Data means Data (including but not limited to Licensed Data) which OS owns or which OS licenses from a third party (including but not limited to the Crown).

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • Commercial building means a non-residential building other than an agricultural building, an industrial building or an institutional building.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Building Systems means any electrical, mechanical, structural, plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, sprinkler, life safety or security systems serving the Building.

  • HVAC System is defined in Section 6.10(a)(v).

  • Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit "A" or stated in the Service Agreement, or authorized under the statutes referred to herein by this DPA.   • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.
