Standard Use definition

Standard Use means all or any of the following uses of the Works:
Standard Use means use of the Bundled Voice Service as contemplated by the SOF and these Terms and Conditions in a manner consistent with business use, which will include, without limitation: (i) use with a Phone System; and (ii) a Registered Address. Standard Use does not include an IP address outside of the United States.
Standard Use means the amount of product directed for use and diluted in 1 litre of tap water. If no dose is suggested, 5 ml of liquid hand soap shall be used and 0.9 ml of foam soap shall be used;

Examples of Standard Use in a sentence

  • Where the Distributor issues a notice of termination to the Retailer under this clause 21.1(a), the Distributor will at the same time provide to the Retailer a copy of the Standard Use of Network Agreement it proposes will apply between the Distributor and the Retailer after the termination of this agreement.

  • Bandwidth reserves the right to ensure that Customer’s (and Customer’s customer(s) or Subscriber(s)) use of the Bundled Voice Service is consistent with Standard Use and otherwise complies with these Terms and Conditions.

  • In accordance with policies and procedures adopted by the BUYER, the water and sewer allocation to SELLER’S Remaining Property shall be determined by the BUYER’S Standard Use Tables for the current domestic uses on SELLER’S Remaining Property (which BUYER acknowledges and agrees allows for domestic water, recycled water, and sewer service to continue to be provided after Closing to serve the existing historical uses on the Remaining Property as of the Effective Date, including the golf course).

  • After the evaluation period is expired you must abide be either the Standard Use rights or the Free License use rights.

  • Any additions or amendments to this agreement may be deemed valid only if they are consistent with and not contrary to the provisions of the Standard Use Agreement Form, or any provision in the video gaming law.

  • An Exclusive License has a similar bundle of rights as the Standard Use License, but it limits the Photographer’s ability to sublicense the photos to other people for a period of up to one year.

Related to Standard Use

  • Water-oriented use means a use that is water-dependent, water-related, or water-enjoyment, or a combination of such uses.

  • Permitted Use , in relation to a property, means the limited purposes for which the property may be used in terms of –

  • Approved Use means the use of the Project for the operation of a Healthcare Facility as a ___ ____ [insert type of facility] with __ __ [beds/units] [of which not less than __ ___ [beds/units] are [to be] in use] and such other uses as may be approved in writing from time to time by HUD based upon a request made by the Borrower, Operator, or Master Tenant, but excluding any uses that are discontinued with the written approval of HUD. Master Tenant shall ensure that use of the Healthcare Facility is in accordance with the Approved Use.

  • Intended Use means a product and the use thereof, for which the product is intended to be, or is reasonably likely to be, associated with the Works.

  • Standard Services means the standard Services referred to in Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;
