Council Contact definition

Council Contact means a member of the Early Years and Childcare Department. When writing to the Council in relation to this Agreement, all correspondence should be sent to “The Childcare Sufficiency and Sustainability Officer, Early Years and Childcare Team, Peterborough City Council, Bayard Place, Broadway, Peterborough, PE1 1FD”.
Council Contact means the person specified in the Schedule or any person substituted therefore by the Council, and
Council Contact means the person specified as such in the Reference Schedule.

  • Direct contact means the contact of persons with high voltage live parts.

  • Technical Contact The Reporter designates the individual listed below as the contact person for technical or other implementation coordination issues under this Agreement.   • Primary Contact means the individual a Proponent (that has submitted a Proposal), designates to represent the Proponent during the competitive process associated with this RFP. There can be only one (1) Primary Contact.

  • Councillor means a member of a municipal council;

  • Designated Contact means, the designated contact for the Bank in the Jurisdiction, as set out in Annex I of Part A of these EB Services Terms and Conditions (as may be amended from time to time);

  • Business Contact Information means the names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of a party’s personnel, officers and directors and, with respect to Client, such information regarding Client’s vendors and customers that Accenture may have access to in maintaining the parties’ business relationship.

  • Councils means the Council of all partner Ste. Anne Summer Villages.

  • Digital Banking (a) means our present and future online banking services which can be accessed through 365 Online, Business Online, Bank of Ireland Mobile Banking, and services available on www.bankofireland.com; and

  • Contact Persons means persons identified by the Parties as persons who are responsible for the execution of the Agreement and whose names are set out in clause 35 below and who can be substituted in writing from time to time;

  • Leader means each elected or appointed member of an AMA Council, AMA Committee, AMA Advisory Committee, or Task Force, members of the AMA Alliance board, members of the AMA Foundation board, and each candidate for an AMA Council, Section Governing Council or Advisory Committee, and other designated AMA committee and task force members and candidates.
