Council Rules definition

Council Rules means the Rules of Organization and Procedure for the Council of the District of Columbia, Council Period 22.
Council Rules means the duly proclaimed by-laws and rules and orders approved by the Council as required to conduct the business of the Council and Section 79 Committees.

  • A point of order may only relate to an alleged breach of these Council Rules of Procedure or the law.
