Country of import definition

Country of import means any country to which a transboundary movement of hazardous wastes is planned or takes place for the purpose of submitting the wastes to recovery or disposal operations therein.
Country of import means any designated OECD Member country listed in § 262.58(a)(1) to which a transboundary movement of hazardous wastes is planned or takes place for the purpose of submitting the wastes to recovery operations therein.
Country of import means any designated Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development member country listed in subdivision a of subsection 1 of section 33-24-03-25 to which a transboundary movement of hazardous wastes is planned or takes place for the purpose of submitting the wastes to recovery operations therein.

More Definitions of Country of import

Country of import means the Party to which transboundary movement of hazardous waste or hazardous substances is to be sent;
Country of import means the country to which hazardous waste is sent for the purpose of treatment, storage (with the exception of short-term storage incidental to transportation) or disposal.
