County Guaranty definition

County Guaranty means the County’s guarantee to replenish the Series 2022A Debt Service Reserve Account related to the Bonds in an amount equal to the County’s pro rata share of allocated principal of and interest on the Bonds.
County Guaranty means that certain Guaranty Agreement, as may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified, dated as of the Effective Date, by Standard Capital LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and National Foundation for Affordable Housing Solutions, Inc., a District of Columbia nonprofit corporation, for the benefit of the County Board.
County Guaranty means the guaranty ordinance adopted by the County and the guaranty certificate on the face of each Bonds so guaranteed by such guaranty ordinance, all pursuant to the provisions of Section 37 (N.J.S.A. 40:37A-80) of the Act, which fully, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranty the principal of and interest on the Bonds contemplated thereby.

  • Subsidiary Guaranty means, collectively, the Subsidiary Guaranty made by the Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Collateral Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-2, together with each other Guaranty and Guaranty supplement delivered pursuant to Section 6.12.

  • Note Guaranty means the guaranty of the Notes by a Guarantor pursuant to this Indenture.

  • U.S. Guaranty means (a) the guaranty made by the Parent Borrower, Holdings and the other Guarantors in favor of the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties pursuant to clause (b)(i) and (iii) of the definition of “Collateral and Guarantee Requirement,” substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1 and (b) each other guaranty and guaranty supplement delivered pursuant to Section 6.11(a)(i).

  • Consumer Guarantee means a consumer guarantee applicable to this contract under the Australian Consumer Law, including any Express Warranty.

  • Guaranteed Agreement means the Framework Agreement and each Call-Off Contract made between the Supplier and each Other Contracting Body;

  • Subsidiary Guaranties means the Domestic Subsidiary Guaranty and each Foreign Subsidiary Guaranty.

  • Senior Credit Agreement means that Credit Agreement dated as of December 1, 2006 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), among the Issuer, Holdings, IV, Holdings V, Holdings III, each lender from time to time party thereto and the Administrative Agent.
