Licensed Equipment definition

Licensed Equipment means, if applicable, Licensee’s permitted equipment installed at the Site that is transmitting or receiving signals within frequencies for which has an FCC license, to the extent that such equipment is transmitting or receiving signals within such frequencies.

Licensed Equipment means EQUIPMENT infringing one or more of the MOTOROLA PATENTS which is identified by LICENSEE on the form of Exhibit B.

RCB means the Regional Collaboration Board. Regional Function means any operational or non operational function delivered collaboratively by the Forces and/or the Commissioners (or any of them) within the Region pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the relevant Functional Collaboration Agreement.

• In the event that during the License Term any of the Licensed Equipment is damaged, destroyed, or fails to operate because of Concessionaire’s wrongful act or neglect, or is missing, Concessionaire shall pay the entire cost for repair or replacement as determined necessary by the Park District.
