Coverage Section definition

Coverage Section means each Coverage Section that is purchased by the Insured as indicated in each Program Participants Endorsement with respect to the corresponding Named Entity thereon and the Insureds thereof.

Coverage Section means collectively or individually the Directors and Officers Liability Coverage Section, the Investment Adviser Management Liability Coverage Section, the Investment Adviser Professional Liability Coverage Section, the Investment Fund Coverage Section, the Insurance CompanyProfessional Liability Coverage Section, the Bankers Professional Liability Coverage Section, the Employment Practices Liability Coverage Section, or the Fiduciary Liability Coverage Section, but only with respect to those indicated as included as part of this policy by all three of the following:

Coverage Section means each of the following Coverage Sections attached to and forming a part of this Policy, including the D&O Coverage Section, EPL Coverage Section, Fiduciary Coverage Section and/or the Crime Coverage Section, as purchased by the Insured and listed in Item 3 of the Declarations.

Examples of Coverage Section in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything contained in the Policy or any of its Endorsements or Riders hereto, it is agreed and declared that in consideration of the full agreed premium being paid by the Insured to the Company the following Coverage Section is included under the Policy effective the date stated herein.

  • If the Payment is not received by the administrator on or before the due date, Coverage will be terminated, for cause, effective as of the last day for which Payment was received as explained in the Termination of Coverage Section.

  • If “Yes” to Other Health Coverage (Section D), give names & policy numbers of insurance carrier, HMO, or other source.

  • No coverage is afforded under this Coverage Section for fees, expenses or other loss incurred in connection with such circumstances prior to the time a Claim is actually made and reported to the Underwriter.

  • The terms and conditions of each Coverage Section apply only to that Coverage Section and shall not be construed to apply to any other Coverage Section.

Related to Coverage Section

  • Child-headed household means a household where the main caregiver of the said household is younger than 18 years of age. Child-headed household means a household headed by a child as defined in terms of section 28(3) of the Constitution.

However, no family day home shall care for more than four children under the age of two, including the provider's own children and any children who reside in the home, unless the family day home is licensed or voluntarily registered. However, a family day home where the children in care are all related to the provider by blood or marriage shall not be required to be licensed.

  • Family day care home means a unit registered under Title 5, Subtitle 5 of the Family Law Article.

  • Emergency medical responder or “EMR” means an individual who has successfully completed a course of study based on the United States Department of Transportation’s Emergency Medical Responder Instructional Guidelines (January 2009), has passed the psychomotor and cognitive examinations for the EMR, and is currently certified by the department as an EMR.

  • Short-Term Deferral Period means the period ending on the later of the 15th day of the third month following the end of the Executive’s tax year in which the separation from service occurs and the 15th day of the third month following the end of the Company’s tax year in which the separation from service occurs; and
