Coverage Section definition

Coverage Section means each Coverage Section that is purchased by the Insured as indicated in each Program Participants Endorsement with respect to the corresponding Named Entity thereon and the Insureds thereof.
Coverage Section means each of the following Coverage Sections attached to and forming a part of this Policy, including the D&O Coverage Section, EPL Coverage Section, Fiduciary Coverage Section and/or the Crime Coverage Section, as purchased by the Insured and listed in Item 3 of the Declarations.
Coverage Section means, individually or collectively, the purchased “Coverage Sections” listed in Item 3. of the Declarations and attached hereto.

Examples of Coverage Section in a sentence

  • No coverage is afforded under this Coverage Section for fees, expenses or other loss incurred in connection with such circumstances prior to the time a Claim is actually made and reported to the Underwriter.

  • The Underwriter shall have the right and duty to defend any Claim covered this Coverage Section, even if any of the allegations are groundless, false or fraudulent.

  • We require that: • You must physically live or work (commuting daily) in the State of New Mexico (our Service Area) unless you are a Dependent and meet all of the terms and conditions for such Coverage as outlined in the Eligibility, Enrollment and Effective Dates, Termination and Continuation of Coverage Section.

  • Such Retention shall only be eroded (or exhausted) by the Insured’s payment of Loss otherwise covered under this Coverage Section, and shall be borne by the Insureds uninsured and at their own risk.

  • The Insurer does not assume any duty to defend any Claim under this Coverage Section.

  • In the event and to the extent that the Insureds shall not be entitled to payment of such Defense Costs under the terms and conditions of this Coverage Section, such payments by the Insurer shall be repaid to the Insurer by the Insureds, severally, according to their respective interests.

  • This Spousal Coverage Section does not apply to spouses who are eligible for Medicare.

  • The Sublimit of Liability shall be part of, and not in addition to, the Limit of Liability applicable to this Coverage Section, as set forth in Item 4.A. of the Declarations.

  • Your Dependents may be eligible to enroll if they meet all of the terms and conditions for such Coverage as described in the Eligibility, Enrollment and Effective Dates, Termination and Continuation of Coverage Section.

  • STANDARD GUARANTY INSURANCE COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) agrees to pay on behalf of or reimburse You for reasonable authorized costs to repair or replace any Covered Part payable under the terms set forth in this Policy in return for the premium charged, and in compliance with all applicable provisions of this Policy, Declarations, Coverage Section, and any Endorsement which are attached and forms a part of this Policy.

Related to Coverage Section

  • Child-headed household means a household where the main caregiver of the said household is younger than 18 years of age. Child-headed household means a household headed by a child as defined in terms of section 28(3) of the Constitution.

  • Tomographic section means the volume of an object whose x-ray attenuation properties are imaged in a tomogram.
