Liability Coverage Section definition

Liability Coverage Section means the Directors, Officers and Organization Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Information Risk and Recovery and Employed Lawyers Professional Liability Coverage Sections of this Policy, if purchased as stated in ITEM 3 of the Declarations.
Liability Coverage Section means any of the following: Directors and Officers Liability Coverage Section, Employment Practices Liability Coverage Section, Fiduciary Liability Coverage Section, Cyber Coverage Section, Employed Lawyers Liability Coverage Section, or Miscellaneous Professional Liability Coverage Section, if purchased as set forth in the Coverage Schedule in ITEM 8 of the Declarations.
Liability Coverage Section means the Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Miscellaneous Professional Liability and the Internet Liability Coverage Sections of this Policy, if purchased as set forth in Item 4 of the Declarations.

  • Wrongful Act shall have the meaning set forth in each applicable Liability Coverage Section.

  • The additional premium for an Extended Reporting Period shall equal the applicable percentage, as stated in ITEM 12 of the Declarations, of the full annual premium (including any premium adjustments made during the Policy Period) for the applicable Liability Coverage Section, and must be paid no later than sixty (60) days after the Termination Date.

  • Coverage D: Derivative Demand Investigation Costs Coverage The Insurer shall pay Investigation Costs up to the amount of the Derivative Demand Investigation Sub-Limit of Liability set forth in Item 3(b) of the Directors & Officers and Corporate Securities Liability Coverage Section Declarations incurred by a Company solely in response to a Derivative Demand first made and reported to the Insurer during the Policy Period.

  • The distribution is fitted with a Gaussian function (solid black line).

  • Coverage Section VIII Law Enforcement Liability Coverage Section VIII Law Enforcement Liability – Insuring Agreements Coverage is provided for one or more of the Coverage Subsections in this Coverage Section only if a corresponding Specific Excess Limit of Insurance is stated in the Schedule of Specific Excess Limits of Insurance.

  • All provisions in these General Terms and Conditions and the respective Liability Coverage Section applicable to Loss incurred by the Insured Person shall also apply to covered loss incurred by such estates, heirs, legal representatives, assigns, spouses and Domestic Partners.

Liability Coverage Section means the Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Statutory Liability and the Privacy Liability Coverage, Network Security Liability Coverage and Internet Liability Coverage Insuring Clauses of the Cyber Coverage Section of this Policy, if purchased, as shown in Item 4. of the Declarations.
Liability Coverage Section means, if purchased as set forth in ITEMS 5 and 6 of the Declarations: 1. the Directors, Officers, and Organization Liability Coverage Section; Private Company Directors and Officers Liability Coverage Section; or Non-Profit Organization Directors and Officers Liability Coverage Section; 2. the Employment Practices Liability Coverage Section; 3. the Fiduciary Liability Coverage Section; 4.
Liability Coverage Section means the Direc- tors & Officers and Entity Liability, Employ- ment Practices Liability, Internet Liability and Fiduciary Liability Coverage Sections of this Policy, if purchased as set forth in Item 4 of the Declarations of these General Terms and Con- ditions.

  • Family Coverage means coverage for you and your eligible spouse and/or dependents under this Certificate. FREESTANDING FACILITY……means an Outpatient services facility that is not covered under a Hospital's written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield and has its own billing number and written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield to provide services to participants in the benefit program at the time services are rendered. Freestanding Facilities may also be referred to as Outpatient Freestanding Facilities. GROUP POLICY or POLICY.....means the agreement between Blue Cross and Blue Shield and the Group, any addenda, this Certificate, the Group’s application and the Plan, as appropriate, along with any exhibits, appendices, addenda and/or other required information and the individual application(s) of the persons covered under the benefit program. HABILITATIVE SERVICES....means Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and other services prescribed by a Physician pursuant to a treatment plan to enhance the ability of a child to function with a Congenital, Genetic, or Early Acquired Disorder. These services may include Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, speech language pathology, and other services for a Covered Person with disabilities in a variety of Inpatient and/or Outpatient settings, with coverage as described in the Certificate. HEARING AID.....means any wearable non-disposable, non-experimental instrument or device designed to aid or compensate for impaired human hearing and any parts, attachments, or accessories for the instrument or device, including an ear mold. HEARING CARE PROFESSIONAL. means a person who is a licensed Hearing Aid dispenser, licensed audiologist, or licensed physician operating within the scope of such license. HOME INFUSION THERAPY PROVIDER. means a duly licensed home infusion therapy provider, when operating within the scope of such license. PARTICIPATING HOME INFUSION THERAPY PROVIDER… means a Home Infusion Therapy Provider who has a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide Covered Services to participants in the benefit program at the time Covered Services are rendered. NON-PARTICIPATING HOME INFUSION THERAPY PROVIDER… means a Home Infusion Therapy Provider who does not have a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide Covered Services to participants in the benefit program at the time Covered Services are rendered. HOSPICE CARE PROGRAM PROVIDER.....means an organization duly licensed to provide Hospice Care Program Service, when operating within the scope of such license. PARTICIPATING HOSPICE CARE PROGRAM PROVIDER… means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) has a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide Covered Services to participants in the benefit program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider that has been designated by any Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider in the benefit program. NON-PARTICIPATING HOSPICE CARE PROGRAM PROVIDER… means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either:

  • Liability Cap has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 1 of Schedule 9;

  • Errors and Omissions Policy As defined in each of the Servicing Agreements.

  • Liability Insurance means compulsory professional liability errors and omissions insurance required by a governing body;

  • First party insurance means an insurance policy or contract in which the insurer

  • Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy means an errors and omissions insurance policy maintained by the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Trustee, the Custodian or the Certificate Administrator, as the case may be, in accordance with Section 8.2, Section 9.2 and Section 7.17, respectively.

  • General Liability Insurance Subcontractor shall carry minimum primary General Liability Insurance for the following amounts:

  • Accidental Bodily Injury means an Injury sustained as the result of an Accident and independently of all other causes by an outside traumatic event or due to exposure to the elements.

  • Liability means the obligation to pay a judgment, settlement, penalty, fine (including an excise tax assessed with respect to an employee benefit plan), or reasonable expenses incurred with respect to a proceeding.

  • Initial Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount $226,715.

  • Fraud Coverage During the period prior to the first anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, 2.00% of the aggregate principal balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-Off Date (the "Initial Fraud Coverage"), reduced by Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates since the Cut-Off Date; during the period from the first anniversary of the Cut-Off Date to (but not including) the fifth anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, the amount of the Fraud Coverage on the most recent previous anniversary of the Cut-Off Date (calculated in accordance with the second sentence of this paragraph) reduced by Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates since such anniversary; and during the period on and after the fifth anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, zero. On each anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, the Fraud Coverage shall be reduced to the lesser of (i) on the first, second, third and fourth anniversaries of the Cut-Off Date, 1.00% of the aggregate principal balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the preceding month and (ii) the excess of the Initial Fraud Coverage over cumulative Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates since the Cut-Off Date. The Fraud Coverage may be reduced upon written confirmation from the Rating Agencies that such reduction will not adversely affect the then current ratings assigned to the Certificates by the Rating Agencies.

  • Accidental death and dismemberment insurance or "AD&D" means basic accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance paid for by the employing agency, as well as supplemental accidental death and dismemberment insurance offered to and paid for by employees for them- selves and their dependents.

  • Asset Coverage means asset coverage, as determined in accordance with Section 18(h) of the 1940 Act, of at least 200% with respect to all outstanding senior securities of the Trust which are stock, including all Outstanding Series B Preferred Shares (or such other asset coverage as may in the future be specified in or under the 1940 Act as the minimum asset coverage for senior securities which are stock of a closed-end investment company as a condition of declaring dividends on its common stock), determined on the basis of values calculated as of a time within 48 hours (not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays) next preceding the time of such determination.

  • General Liability means:Your legal liability in respect of Personal Injury and/or Property Damage and/or Advertising Injury caused by or arising out of an Occurrence happening in connection with the Business other than Products Liability.

  • Insurance Coverage Contractor shall, at Contractor’s sole expense, procure, maintain and keep in force for the duration of this Contract the following insurance conforming to the minimum requirements specified below. Unless specified herein or otherwise agreed to by the City, the required insurance shall be in effect prior to the commencement of work by Contractor and shall continue in force as appropriate until the latter of:

  • Fraud Loss Coverage Amount As of the Closing Date, $2,748,787, subject to reduction from time to time, by the amount of Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates. In addition, on each anniversary of the Cut-off Date, the Fraud Loss Coverage Amount will be reduced as follows:

  • parental responsibility , in relation to a child, means all the duties, powers, responsibilities and authority which, by law, parents have in relation to children.

  • Initial Bankruptcy Coverage Amount $100,000.

  • Insurance Add-On Amount means the premium charged to the Obligor in the event that the Servicer obtains Force-Placed Insurance pursuant to Section 4.4.

  • Uninsured motor vehicle means a land motor vehicle or trailer of any type:

  • National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System means the national program for issuing, modifying, revoking and reissuing, terminating, monitoring and enforcing permits, and imposing and enforcing pretreatment requirements under Sections 307, 402, 318, and 405 of the Clean Water Act.

  • In-Orbit Insurance means, with respect to any Satellite (or, if the entire Satellite is not owned by the Issuer or any Restricted Subsidiary, as the case may be, the portion of the Satellite it owns or for which it has risk of loss), insurance (subject to a right of co-insurance in an amount up to $150.0 million) or other contractual arrangement providing for coverage against the risk of loss of or damage to such Satellite (or portion, as applicable) attaching upon the expiration of the launch insurance therefor (or, if launch insurance is not procured, upon the initial completion of in-orbit testing) and attaching, during the commercial in-orbit service of such Satellite (or portion, as applicable), upon the expiration of the immediately preceding corresponding policy or other contractual arrangement, as the case may be, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Indenture.

  • Professional liability insurance means insurance against legal liability incident to the practice of a profession and provision of a professional service.

  • Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount As of any date of determination, the Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount shall equal the Initial Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount as reduced by (i) the aggregate amount of Bankruptcy Losses allocated to the Certificates since the Cut-off Date and (ii) any permissible reductions in the Bankruptcy Loss Coverage Amount as evidenced by a letter of each Rating Agency to the Trustee to the effect that any such reduction will not result in a downgrading, qualification or withdrawal of the then current ratings assigned to the Classes of Certificates rated by it.

  • Insured Casualty has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(x)(iv)(B).

  • Underinsured motor vehicle means a land motor vehicle or trailer of any type to which a bodily injury liability bond or policy applies at the time of the accident but its limit for bodily injury liability is less than the limit of liability for this coverage.
