Covered Facility definition

Covered Facility means a health facility or agency that is a nursing home, county medical care facility, hospice, hospital that provides swing bed services, home for the aged, or home health agency.

Covered Facility or "Covered Vessel" means any Facility or Vessel for which the benefits of MPA membership have been extended by an MPA Member.

Examples of Covered Facility in a sentence

• Remedies may include suspension of preferential tariff treatment for goods manufactured at the Covered Facility or the imposition of penalties on goods manufactured at or services provided by the Covered Facility.

• In cases where a Covered Facility or a Covered Facility owned or controlled by the same person producing the same or related goods or providing the same or related services has received a prior Denial of Rights determination, remedies may include suspension of preferential tariff treatment for such goods; or the imposition of penalties on such goods or services.

• In cases where a Covered Facility or a Covered Facility owned or controlled by the same person producing the same or related goods or providing the same or related services has received a prior Denial of Rights determination on at least two occasions, remedies may include suspension of preferential tariff treatment for such goods; the imposition of penalties on such goods or services; or the denial of entry of such goods.

More Definitions of Covered Facility

Covered Facility means any build- ing, structure, or premises, including the grounds upon which such building, structure, or premise is located:

Covered Facility or “Covered Facilities” includes all CHSI hospitals, but shall not include any CHSI hospital that has been designated as a Critical Access Hospital pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1395i-4(c)(2).
