Medical care facility as used in this title, means any institution, place, building or agency, whether
Healthcare Facility means that portion of the Project operated on the Land as a Nursing Home, Intermediate Care Facility, Board and Care Home, Assisted Living Facility, and/or any other healthcare facility authorized to receive mortgage insurance pursuant to Section 232 of the National Housing Act, as amended, including any commercial space included in the facility.

Residential care facility means an institution, residence, or facility that is licensed by the department of mental health under section 5119.22 of the Revised Code and that provides care for a child.

Ambulatory surgical center (FREESTANDING) means a state licensed facility, which is equipped to provide surgery services on an outpatient basis.
Neonatal intensive care unit means a designated level II or level III neonatal unit.
Hospice patient s family" means a hospice patient's immediate family members, including a spouse, brother, sister, child, or parent, and any other relative or individual who has significant personal ties to the patient and who is designated as a member of the patient's family by mutual agreement of the patient, the relative or individual, and the patient's interdisciplinary team.
Long-term care facility means a nursing home, retirement care, mental care, or other facility or institution that provides extended health care to resident patients.
Home Health Care Agency means an agency or organization which provides a program of home health care and which:
Health care system means any public or private entity whose function or purpose is the management of, processing of, enrollment of individuals for or payment for, in full or in part, health care services or health care data or health care information for its participants;
Clinic means a health facility providing health care services to individuals associated with a college or university.
Health care entity means any health care provider, health plan or health care clearinghouse.
