  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Plan Agreement, we will repair the parts and components of any Covered Items that are part of the Covered Home, if a Covered Breakdown occurs on or after the Initial Plan Agreement Effective Date stated in your Plan Summary and while this Plan Agreement is in effect (including any renewal term(s)) up to the applicable Covered Item Limit.

  • You may designate Authorized Representatives to communicate with us on your behalf regarding a Covered Home or Service Request, provided such individuals are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
