Covered Population means all Medicaid recipients who meet the

Covered Population is the member population of Subscriber-designated lines of business within a state as indicated in the member eligibility files provided by Subscriber at least monthly. *Note: Covered Population represents Subscriber’s entire member population within a given state or line of business and may not represent a subset thereof.
